Blotkake Baking Class

Join our upcoming Blotkake Baking class! Celebrate Norwegian heritage and May 17th by learning to make traditional Blotkake, a beloved Norwegian Cream Cake—perfect for holidays and gatherings. We’re hosting blotkake-baking sessions on May 2nd (10 AM – 2 PM) at our lodge. During the training, our Saturday Kaffestua will be open for you to enjoy homemade Norwegian open faced sandwiches and waffles while you wait for your cakes to bake.

When: May 2nd, 10AM - 2 PM

Where: Leif Erikson Hall, 2nd Floor Kitchen

If you’d like to learn, call our office at 206-783-12745 to sign up. The class is only $10! A small group ensures hands-on learning, so only 6 spots are abailable.

 

If you can't get enough Blotkake, there will be some for sale at our 17 Mai Open House!
