we’re going be offering a special Blotkake baking class at Leif Erikson Hall on Saturday, May 2 from 10 AM to 2 PM. For only $10 you’ll get to learn how to make Theresa’s Blotkake (Norwegian Cream Cake). Call the office at 206-783-1274 to sign up. Only 6 spots are available!

About the event
To celebrate Syttende Mai coming up, ), which we serve at many of our largest events! The class also occurs during our Saturday Kaffestua, so you’ll get to enjoy some open face sandwiches, heart shaped waffles, and coffee while you wait for your cake to bake! After you’re finished, you get to take home your very own cake.
