Join us on May 14 for dinner and a presentation on Norway's constitution. LEL's Man and Woman of the year will also be presented. We celebrate our 122nd anniversary, as well as Syttende Mai! Social hour at 5:30, followed by the program and dinner. Business meeting to follow around 7:30. Call to RSVP

About the event
Just a few days before Constitution Day (a.k.a Syttende Mai), Christine Anderson will give a presentation about Norway’s original constitution and religious persecution that made people leave for America in the early 1800s. The Man and Woman of the Year will also be announced at this meeting, and membership anniversary pins will be presented to members. Attending the May member meeting is imperative as we will review and vote on proposed Bylaw changes.
Our dinner will be fiskekaker (fish cakes), potatoes, cucumber salad or mixed green salad, and spice cake for dessert. All for $25 per person!
Social hour begins at 5:30pm, followed by program and dinner. Business meeting to follow around 7:30pm. Call or come to the office to RSVP!
