About the event
As part of the Crossings 200 celebrations, a replica of the sloop Restauration has been built in Norway and will leave Stavanger on July 4, 2025, to recreate the original journey two hundred years ago. We will talk about preparations for this three-month journey.

She is currently contributing to “Vågespel”, a podcast series featuring stories about women from Vestlandet who emigrated from Norway to the United States. Dr. Hanson is also preparing a course to be taught at CRI this spring entitled "Scandinavian Immigration to America, Land of Promise.”
